		<description>Great list! I also find it useful to think of long-term gains (whether it be health, strength, weight loss...) rather than just the short-term day-in, day-out. It&#039;s really easy to let &quot;just one day&quot; slip if you lose your long-range focus. And we all know that one day becomes one week, which becomes one month... no bueno.

So, keep your eye on that long-term prize, and even f you have to miss an occasional day, it&#039;s the overall plan that matters. :)</description>
