		<description>I was always surprised and never really gave thought to the punsihment that elbows recieve each and everyday until I managed to badly injure mine while riding a bike if you can believe that. I managed to try and get out of the saddle on a hill and it just gave way. 
Some good and well thought out tips here</description>
