Great post.

Sometimes after an intensive workout I perform a short core muscle strengthening routine (for example 8 - 10 pilates exercises). Thus getting two benefits out of it. 1. It's a great cool-down routine because it's low intensity. 2. In the same time I'm strengthening my core muscles. That's very important for me, because I have a lower back injury.

The best way to cool down is to check your heart rate and how quickly it is slowing down after you exercise. As well pay attention to your body temperature after your workout, try not to walk out into the cold after have just worked out or take a cold shower.

p.s. Check out http://flybod.com if you like to meet other people who love fitness and bodybuilding then you will love this site, it is the facebook for fitness buffs.

Ok I always ate after I exercised. Usually by then I was shaky and weak so I thought I needed food. Now I know I should eat first. Thanks!
