		<description>I can see why someone would want to rush into losing weight fast but when I think of 3 day diet plans only one thing comes to me. That is unhealthy. Losing weight takes dedication. Losing weight and staying healthy requires you to eat correctly and exercise consistently.</description>

		<description>3 Day Diet plan? Interesting... I wonder why there are some people out there seriously think that a few days diet can actually lose the fat forever. Is this called &#039;yo-yo diet&#039;? To stay healthy and be in good shape forever, we just need to change our eating habit and exercise regularly. It takes time to reach a healthy fitness goal. I hope people understand this. :)
