This is going to be one of the biggest and most vital parts of getting you healthy and helping you lose weight naturally. There are thousands of different communities out there that can help you, so it is vital that you look around until you find the friends and support that you need on this journey.
4 - Take photos before and after. It may not be fun to see your overweight self, but imagine the implications when you can compare your overweight photos to your "new you" photos. This is the best possible way for you to illustrate the progress that you have made and the leaps and bounds that you have taken in order to get where you are going. You may even post your pictures online for the friends in your community to see, so that they can watch you change and become healthier and cheer you on along the way. If you don't want to share online, don't. Just keep a photo on your bathroom mirror or under your pillow so that you can remind yourself why you are doing this.

I totally agree with the first and second suggestion. Lifestyle change is a must in losing weight. Before I was an alcoholic person binging for foods. It took me some time to change it. Now I choose a lot of healthy foods. Great blog you got here.
