		<description>That&#039;s a pretty tough blow.  At times like this, I try to remember that getting in shape isn&#039;t always an exact science.  Normal fluctuations in our body weight is normal.  I&#039;d like to look at that 2.2 pounds as less than the margin of error.  Like you mention, some salt here or there might be the difference.</description>
