Good morning and happy Sunday everyone. If you're planning to have fun in the sun make sure you hydrate, slather on the sunscreen, and stay safe.
Monday I was featured @ Digerati Life in The Cost of Being Overweight.
Yesterday I was unleashed at FMU (picture was taken the same day as my last photographic update): Weight Ladder’s Guns Unleashed
Oh, and be sure to watch Two Tons of Fun @ CNN.com
From the Fitness Health Network the following posts are just a sample of the great content they provide:
- Daily Recommended Values over at Journal for Healthy Living is meant for adults. How well do you stick to it?

I love your muscle man pic!
I’ve actually been struggling with sugar addiction and trying to curb my food cravings. I’ll do well one day and the next day, I’m off the wagon again…. Ugh. I’ve been exercising a lot these days (started on an intensive program for the last 2 months) but still, weight loss for me is very slow due to my horrible eating habits.
My weakness is my diet so I’ve always wondered how people can do it. I’ve often been the type who lost weight easily just by upping the exercise but alas, no headway for me this time around.
@TDL
I have been on a food based medically assisted weight loss diet by JumpStart Medicine. Dr. Sean Bourke is amazing. I highly recommend.
The diet is a low carb low fat calorie restricted diet very similar to South Beach.
I was doing both diet and EXTENSIVE exercise… But alas I tore my peroneus tendon in my ankle and have not been able to exercise as much lately.
always adore livin la vida low carb—but havent been by there in a while…thanks for the reminder!
hope youre doing well!
Awesome pics and progres Mister. Some good links to boot!
Great progress Kevin!
