Weigh In
I am not 350 or less which was my goal from before vacation. And I am not back to my original starting weight of 380.
If fact I am below my last weight in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
364 (my last weigh in was 366). I am 12.8% of the way to my ultimate goal.
I am staying on the diet and I am beginning to exercise again… The weight should melt away.
This weeks goal 355 (9lbs) by Saturday.

Going Back to the Gym
I haven’t been to the gym since before vacation. It has been over a month now.
I have been on my diet, but I still fear that first encounter with a scale since vacation.
I am going to go to the gym this weekend. I guarantee it.
I will report back on my progress or lack thereof regardless.
Food for September 7, 2007
Coffee and cream for breakfast.
Chicken tiki marsala and palak paneer (saag paneer) for lunch.
No carb homemade chicken soup for dinner.
