Back to Reality
Back from vacation, it is time to start getting serious. Starting to post to this blog regularly is one of the consequences…

Other than that and that I haven’t cheated on my diet today I don’t have much… I will be going to the gym during my daughter’s nap so I will have some exercise and a weight to report latter.
I am hoping that I won’t have to reset my weight loss too much.
Swimming For Exercise
I have been swimming a lot lately… My wife bought me a boat for my birthday. The boat is moored on a buoy 200 yards from the dock. We have been using the boat on average twice a day. So I have been swimming at least 800 yards a day…
Is that enough to call exercise? I hope so because I am sure tired afterwards.
We are heading back to reality (ending our vacation) shortly so the swims will end. I need to continue the exercise.
I am both hopeful and dreading weighing myself again. I sure hope I have lost weight.
Cheated on My Diet
I cheated on my diet for the first time tonight. I know I am weak, but how can I resit the best margaritas known.
El Charro in Cocoa, FL. I am visiting my FL and went to El Charro tonight with my sisters… I know that they have the best margaritas. I couldn’t help myself… They were very good.
Other than the margaritas I did stick to my diet today.
Atkins peanut butter bar for breakfast.
Blacked shrimp for lunch.
Marbles special for dinner. (Grilled Chicken).
I am now back on my diet hard core…
