Weekly Goal #3 — 10lbs

I missed my 2nd week’s goal of 10lbs by 1 lb.  90% attainment.  I am very happy with that.

While I am still in the period of Atkins were the weight comes off quickly I am going to set another aggressive weekly goal of 10lbs.  If I succeed in this goal I will weigh 356 on 8/1/2007.

    Stay focused; be happy; eat things you like, try not to be bored; so great that blood pressure has gone down too!
