One of the ancillary benefits of losing weight is lower blood pressure.  I hadn’t expected to see a drop so quickly, but I think I have…  When I start tracking my blood pressure I was 130-140/80-85.  The last 4 times I checked I was 115-125/70-80.  That seems like a dramatic improvement for 2 weeks of dieting…
