Exercise and Food — July 20, 2007

I walked 9 holes of golf at Gleneagles Golf Course. Full length holes. Very Hilly.

Cheddar Cheese with water for pre round snack.

Egg, ground beef, green pepper, and tomato with Diet Coke for breakfast.

Provolone cheese and hotdogs as snack.

Turkey bacon and Eggs and Cheese scramble with water for dinner.

I drank 118.3oz of water.

1 serving of fiber.
