Weigh In — July 14, 2007 — Lost 8lbs in under 3 days

From Wednesday evening until Saturday morning I lost 8 lbs.  Both weigh ins were on the same scale fully clothed before my workout.

I have obtained my 1st week’s goal by 160% and 40% towards my July goal… IN 3 DAYS!!!

This is not an official declaration of goal achievement.  That has to wait until the Wednesday evening weigh in.
