Today I walked 1.25 miles.
Also, tomorrow I hit the gym in the morning for some full court pickup basketball, weight lifting, and a mid goal week weigh-in. I have high hopes that I might have already reached my 1st week’s goal. Here is why…
- I have been faithful to my diet
- I have drank more than 64oz of water everyday
- I have exercised in some capacity (walking at least a mile or playing basketball and lifting weights) everyday
- Even though I will still be weighing with all my clothes I will be doing so prebreakfast.
- I have a very modest 1st week’s goal of only 5 lbs.
Good or bad I will post it here.
