Daily Exercise — July 13, 2007

Today I walked 1.25 miles. 

Also, tomorrow I hit the gym in the morning for some full court pickup basketball, weight lifting, and a mid goal week weigh-in.  I have high hopes that I might have already reached my 1st week’s goal.  Here is why… 

  1. I have been faithful to my diet
  2. I have drank more than 64oz of water everyday
  3. I have exercised in some capacity (walking at least a mile or playing basketball and lifting weights) everyday
  4. Even though I will still be weighing with all my clothes I will be doing so prebreakfast. 
  5. I have a very modest 1st week’s goal of only 5 lbs.

Good or bad I will post it here.
