Starting weight at the gym tonight after dinner with clothes: 380. Yikes, worse than I had feared. At least I know where I am starting.
Also, even if I don’t lose anything I bet I can take off 10lbs by weighing in after a shower, without clothes, and before eating… I am hoping to save that trick from when I inevitably plateau.
