Daily Exercise — July 11, 2007

Gym at 6pm out at 8pm.

Play 4 or 5 games of half court 3 on 3 pickup basketball (won them all).  My guy was big so I didn’t have to chase very much, but man am I out of shape.

Lifted upper body light weight 10 reps 2 sets.  Variety of press angles (from declined to military).  Upright row.  Lat pull down. biceps and triceps.
